Pharmacy Tech is one of the hottest career opportunities currenly available in the health care industry. Our training program provides thorough preperation for all the tasks, technical and administrative, that are neccessary to assist the professional pharmacist.
PHARMACY TECHS learn the details of patient care delivery systems and medication distribution. Our curriculum includes drug regulation and control; pharmaceutical terminology; medication calculations; basic bio pharmaceutics; routes and formulations; and personal standards training. Key areas of instruction include:
–SCREENING OF PRESCRIPTION AND MEDICATION ORDERS
–CALCULATIONS & DOSAGE FORMS
–MEDICATION DISTRIBUTION
–PERSONAL INTERACTION SKILLS & RESPONSIBILITIES
A NUMBER OF EXCITING EXTERSHIPS, INCLUDING TEMPORARY EMPLOYMENT, ARE NOW AVAILABLE!
Total Cost: $1670
A down payment of $250 is required at the time of registration.
The balance can be paid in 5 weekly installments of $284 each.
The program is available from 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, for a period of five weeks.
